Why is Fleur de Sel so special? 

Fleur de sel is lovingly hand-harvested by  gathering the top layer of delicate crystals that form as seawater evaporates. This labor-intensive process along with the rarity of ideal weather conditions  contributes to limited production, making it one of the most expensive salts in the world.
