You have 30 days to exchange or return your purchase for a full refund, unless otherwise specified during your purchase. Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Is the item on sale?
You have 15 days to exchange or return your store purchase for a full refund. Returned or exchanged items must be new, unworn, unaltered and unused, with the original label and packaging.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. A return handling fee of $5 will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

You just bought a second hand item?
Since these items are sold on consignment, no returns or exchanges are accepted. However, you’re welcome to consign the item under you account. Contact us to learn more!
Placed an item on hold with a deposit?
In the event of a cancellation of a hold with a deposit, Habitude is not able to determine in advance the exact amount that may be withheld. However, in accordance with consumer protection law, a reasonable amount may be deducted to compensate the consignor for actual losses incurred.
Subscriptions
Some of our products are offered as subscriptions to make your life easier and provide a regular, convenient service.
The Private Selection styling service is available on a minimum three (3) consecutive month basis. After this period, the subscription can be cancelled at any time, as long as the cancellation is made before the next billing period.
Other subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, provided the cancellation is made before the next billing period.
Payments are automatically processed by debit or credit card. Subscribers can manage their subscription through their customer account to cancel or update their payment information.
Changing a plan: If the product has options, you are subscribed to the variant chosen at sign-up. To switch to a different option, you must cancel your current subscription (before the next billing period) and subscribe to the new variant (e.g., 1 kit per month vs. 2 kits per month).
Customer responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing period if they wish to do so. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
